Great progress! My first lawsuit was December 4, 2020 from Discover Bank. Upon arriving at court I learned they had already dismissed the case without prejudice. So even though they are allowed to reopen the case, it seems unlikely they would go this far and dismiss it. So one down, three to go.

Very Satisfied This letter is in regard to my satisfaction with the dismissal of the so far, three private student loans debts from Navient. I must admit that at first, I was a little skeptical of this being a scam. Honestly, it wasn’t until I was sued by Navient that I truly felt at peace with the process of legally fighting my private student loans. Removing the Thorn in my side For the longest time, my private student loans have been the thorn in my side. I tried negotiating with my loan company myself and got nowhere. I was a little skeptical when I first started working with the company years ago but, I always had someone I could always reach out to (April which is wonderful), someone that could tell me what I needed to do next, someone that was in contact with me biweekly. We would not know what to do or have done if it were not for GM Law Firm LLC & everyone that works there. We were living every month deeper in debt the the credit cards just trying to pay the monthly payments. The balance would not move and was still twice the original loan amount I took out at the age of 18 or 19. After concluding I had paid more than $39k on my original $20k loan over 10 years and still owed $40k, I became desperate. It took some time, but everyone was so kind and there was regular communication with thorough explanations throughout the entire process. Eventually the matter was cleared and I am now free of the ball and chain around my neck that weighed me down for years and years. I am happy to say that the entire balance of the student loans are now canceled debts. We went up against the student loan companies and we won. We paid approximately $24,000 to GM Law Firm via monthly installments over a period of a few years. We would have paid the debt collectors well over $100,000. The debt collectors would not allow us to consolidate the debts. The monthly retainer fee was affordable for us. Even after our retainer fee was paid, the bi-monthly calls continued and the law firm continued to represent us. Hiring GM Law Firm was one of the best decisions we ever made.

The expectations are always the same: two calls a month and pay your monthly bill. Any questions I asked were answered calmly and thoroughly, which made me feel secure with this choice. My credit score DID suffer in the beginning but as creditors started to back off it slowly increased.
